About the role
With our continuous growth we are creating a new strategic position at Mirado where the right candidate will lead our future sales and business-relations efforts. You will from our Stockholm office work to uphold and improve our current partnerships while keeping an ear to the market and pursuing new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who shares our entrepreneurial mindset and can independently initiate and drive processes forward. You are a strong communicator, and you have the ability to establish effective and long-term relationships, make decisions and implement long-term strategies for you and your team. We also believe you are business minded, results oriented and have a clear focus on delivering a high-quality service to both our clients and our consultants.

Together with your growing team you will drive new business opportunities with the aim of strengthening our market position. In this role you will work closely with our consultants and will therefore need to have experience of creating long-term relationships and have a genuine interest in understanding their reality and needs. Their aspirations and well-being are our highest priority and the cornerstone of our success.
The roles require self-management and the ability to drive initiatives forward. But at the same time, you will have the benefit of working closely with colleagues who are kind, passionate and supportive.
At least 4 years’ experience and a successful track-record within sales. Experience from our industry is an advantage
Ability to take your own initiatives, prioritize time effectively and create structure
Exceptional people skills: strong listening abilities, humility, and genuine curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with
Relevant education is certainly positive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
